May 2024 If you're looking for a more affordable way to experience Daegu's famous Dongin-dong style braised spicy beef ribs, this is a great place to visit. Instead of traditional bone-in short ribs, they use beef ribs and neck meat, making it much easier to enjoy without dealing with bones. The meat was incredibly tender, and the rich garlic flavor stood out more than the heat. The regular spice level wasn't as spicy as I expected. If you enjoy very spicy food, you might want it a little hotter—around the spice level of Shin Ramyun would have been perfect for me. The restaurant offers excellent value for the quality and portion size. One more reason to visit in summer is their Kongguksu (cold soybean noodle soup). It's refreshing, creamy, and pairs surprisingly well with the spicy braised beef. I highly recommend trying both together. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000
