A Disgusting Dining Experience – A Restaurant with Zero Points for Hygiene and Service I visited this restaurant with high expectations recently, but it turned out to be the beginning of a nightmare. First of all, the environment alone was off-putting. The hygiene was concerning, and worst of all, the restroom was located right next to the entrance and in terrible condition. A foul odor wafted into the dining area every time someone used it, completely killing any appetite. Even more shocking, I witnessed a staff member touch his nose, then casually pick up a dirty cloth to wipe the utensils before continuing to handle the food—even touching cheese with bare hands. Such hygiene standards are absolutely unacceptable. The service was appallingly rude. After entering, we waited for a full ten minutes without a single staff member greeting us or even offering a simple "please wait." We were left standing there like fools, completely ignored. This level of disregard for customers is nothing short of insulting. In summary, this was an utterly terrible dining experience. Poor environment, questionable hygiene, and zero service. I will never return and strongly advise others to think twice before visiting. 吐き気を催す食事体験 – 衛生面もサービスも最低のレストラン 先日、このレストランを訪れるのを楽しみにしていましたが、まさに悪夢の始まりでした。 まず、環境自体がすでに引いてしまうレベル。衛生状態は疑わしく、最悪なことにトイレが入口のすぐ隣にあり、その状態は非常に劣悪。トイレを使用するたびに異臭が食事スペースに漂い、食欲が完全に失せました。 さらに衝撃的だったのは、従業員が鼻を触った後、汚れた布で食器を拭き、そのまま何食わぬ顔で食材を扱い、素手でチーズに触れていたことです。こんな衛生基準、到底許せるものではありません。 サービスも信じられないほど無礼でした。入店後、10分間も誰一人として声をかけず、「少々お待ちください」の一言すらなし。私たちはただ馬鹿みたいに立ち尽くすしかありませんでした。顧客をこれほど無視する態度は、もはや侮辱です。 要するに、これは完全に最悪の食事体験でした。劣悪な環境、疑わしい衛生面、そして皆無のサービス。二度と行きませんし、他の方々も訪れる前によく考えたほうがいいと強く勧めます。.
