해외에서 돌아온 후, 얼큰한 국물이 그리워 찾아간 곳이 바로 고래감자탕이었습니다. 역시 한국 음식을 생각하면 감자탕이 빠질 수 없죠. 이곳은 얼큰한 국물 맛이 일품이었습니다. 먼저, 국물은 진한 돼지 뼈의 깊은 맛과 함께 매콤한 고추 양념이 더해져서 속을 확 풀어주는 느낌이었습니다. 한 입 먹자마자 몸이 따뜻해지고, 그동안 쌓였던 피로가 풀리는 듯한 기분이었어요. 감자도 푹 익어서 숟가락으로 쉽게 떠서 먹을 수 있었고, 고기 역시 부드럽게 잘 익어있어 한입에 쏙 들어갔습니다. 반찬들도 감칠맛이 좋았는데, 김치가 특히 맛있었어요. 국물에 김치를 올려 먹으니 매콤함이 배가 되어 더욱 맛있더라고요. 전체적으로 양도 넉넉해서 배부르게 먹을 수 있었습니다. 날씨가 서늘해질 때 다시 방문하고 싶은 생각이 들 만큼 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. Here's the review of Whale Gamjatang in English: After returning from overseas, I was craving something spicy, so I decided to visit Whale Gamjatang. Korean food wouldn’t be complete without a good bowl of Gamjatang, and this place didn’t disappoint. The spicy broth was absolutely delicious. The broth had a rich, deep pork flavor, enhanced with spicy pepper seasoning that immediately warmed me up. Just one spoonful made me feel relaxed, as if all my travel fatigue was melting away. The potatoes were perfectly cooked, soft enough to scoop with a spoon, and the meat was tender and easy to eat. The side dishes were also a treat, especially the kimchi. When I paired it with the broth, the spiciness intensified, making it even more enjoyable. The portions were generous, so I left feeling quite full. It was such a satisfying meal that I’d love to visit again when the weather gets cooler. Next time, I might try some other menu items.
