A solid pork soup restaurant. The soup was rich and thick — stinky in a good porky way. All the banchans were tasty. I ordered suyuk baekban which was served with stirfried kimchi. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m rating this as an American who’s been living in Japan for context. Language wise it’s a simple menu, but they can give you a QR code for the translated menu. The staff was patient with me even though it was busy during lunch time. You can pay in card or cash. Food wise: some reviews compared this to tonkotsu ramen, which this is definitely not. That said it reminds me of a mini hot pot where you add rice at the end and get this amazing mixture of spicy, onions, garlic, and pork. The kimchi and other greens are a good counter to the soup. If you’re wanting to eat something like a spicy version of your mother’s chicken noodle soup, this is it. Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
