Orange Blues is a Korea restaurant with a American style twist on there food. The steak mediations are one of the top dishes on the restaurant with steak coming out medium rare, but it come on a hot plate still cooking the meat to your choice of perfection. The truffle fries are amazing, these are the best fries I have had in Korea by far. The bacon pasta is a show stopper by itself, the creamy pasta blessed with freshly cured bacon is match set point in my books and combine it with the steak and you are in pure food bliss. The top complement goes to the spicy chicken sandwich with the tender and mucus chicken Brest wit coleslaw and a toasted bun, but waiting when you add the maple cinnamon sauce to it you are in for a emotional roller coaster of flavors that will take you into shock of amazement. I highly recommend Orange Blues to everyone searching for the best and freshly made food in town!!!
