I highly recommend this restaurant for tripe and intestine lovers. I visit here every time I’m in Korea, and the tripe is unbeatable. The staff is friendly and grills the meat for you. The side dishes are made with healthy ingredients, so the food tastes very light and fresh. They serve dessert after the meal, and this time it was shaved ice (bingsu) topped with chocolate cookie crumbles. It was a great, refreshing way to finish. You have to pay extra for the 'Yang-bap' (fried rice with tripe), but even if you're full, I highly recommend giving it a try.
