If you're looking for charcoal-grilled pork ribs in Seoul, Oh Sajangne Jjokgalbi (오사장네쪽갈비) is definitely worth visiting. The ribs were thick, juicy, tender, and had a great smoky charcoal flavour. We ordered: • Original Pork Ribs (쪽갈비) – ₩15,000. Tender and savoury with a smoky charcoal flavour. The meat came off the bone easily, and the portion was generous. • Spicy Pork Ribs (매운 쪽갈비) – ₩17,000. Coated in a savoury spicy glaze with a good kick without being overwhelmingly hot. The chewy grilled rice cakes on the side were also really good. Ordering both original and spicy was a good choice because we could enjoy two different flavours together. It's a popular local spot and can get busy during meal times, so arriving a little early is a good idea if you'd like to avoid the wait. From Sindorim Station (신도림역) Exit 2 or 3, walk towards Sindorim International Food Culture Street (신도림 국제음식문화거리) and continue straight for about 5 minutes. The restaurant will be on your left.
