The vegetables in the gimbap were thinly sliced and rolled up, so the texture was so good. It was also nice that they sliced it thin enough to fit in the mouth. My favorite was the ramen, but it seemed like they remade the soup. The bean sprouts were so crispy even though it smelled a little like soybean paste. Really recommend! The owner and his wife were so quiet that we, who entered early, were somewhat silent. I went with my mother and had a delicious breakfast and lunch. It was open at 10:00, but I went at 9:58 and was a bit sorry, but thank you for taking my order~~
