강님역에 있는 돈까스 맛집이에요. 특히 식당이 고급스러워요. 짙은 회색, 어두운 톤의 인테리어가 고급진 느낌을 줍니다. 앞에 대기등록 하면 11시에 순서대로 입장시켜줍니다. ‘특 등심돈카츠’ 주문했어요. 주문시 익힘정도 선택할수 있는데, 전체적으로 좀 덜익혔다는 느낌이 있으니 바짝 익힌거 좋아하시면 주문시 익힘부분 확인하시고 주문하세요. 전 기본으로 주문했어요. 전체적으로 부드럽고, 육즙과 풍미 가득해요. 소금, 와사비, 돈까스소스 등 찍어먹으면 맛있습니다. 유자맛 나는 샐러드 소스도 맛있어요. 아주 만족한 돈까스입니다. This is a great tonkatsu restaurant near Gangnam Station. The restaurant itself has a very upscale atmosphere, with a sophisticated interior featuring dark gray tones and a sleek, elegant design. If you register for the waiting list in front of the restaurant, they start letting customers in at 11:00 AM in order. I ordered the “Special Pork Loin Tonkatsu” (특 등심돈카츠). You can choose how well-cooked you want the pork when ordering. The default doneness is slightly on the rare side, so if you prefer your pork fully cooked, I recommend checking the doneness options when you order. I went with the standard option. The pork was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It was delicious with everything—salt, wasabi, or tonkatsu sauce—so you can enjoy slightly different flavors with each bite. I also really liked the salad dressing, which had a refreshing hint of yuzu. Overall, I was very satisfied with the tonkatsu. Probably the best tonkatsu in Gangnam but it’s not A+. Tonkatsu, udon, and eggplant stuffed with meat were all good. Customer service can be better.

Ojeje is clearly a popular spot, and you can tell right away. There was already a line to get in, and they manage reservations through Catch Table. Even though there are many tables inside, the restaurant fills up quickly as soon as they open. The ordering system is very efficient. You order through a tablet at the table, and there is also a clear explanation of how to eat the dishes properly, which is helpful and makes the experience easy, especially if you are trying something new. The matcha udon was the highlight for me. The noodles were chewy, refreshing, and full of flavor. It was very good and something I would definitely order again. The katsu was good as well, but not the best I have ever had. It was enjoyable, just not particularly memorable. Overall, Ojeje offers a smooth and well organized dining experience with some standout dishes. However, if there is a very long line, I am not sure it is worth the wait.
