I visited Okdolhyeonok after hearing that their Pyongyang naengmyeon is good. The interior of the restaurant did not look like a naengmyeon restaurant at all, but was very avant-garde and unique. I had Pyongyang cold noodles and Beef Suyuk. The cold noodle broth was very clear in color, but I could taste the deep taste of the meat broth. It went very well with the noodles made from 100% pure buckwheat. The meat of the Beef Suyuk was very soft, and it tasted better to eat with sliced green onions under Beef Suyuk than dipping them in sauce. Next time I visit, I will try dumplings and pork gomtang.
