This review was written after receiving a discount from the store. Olive 1999 is located in Haenggung-dong, Nammun, Suwon. A Gyeongyang restaurant that started in 1999. We have relocated to Gwanggyo Cafe Street! Burita Cheese Salad Among fresh vegetables and fruits on a very antique and pretty plate. The soft and creamy burrata cheese has just the right amount of elasticity. The inside is soft and rich like cream and goes well with fresh vegetables. It was so delicious! Shrimp Chillji Spaghetti Tangy shrimp and sweet and spicy chili sauce soak into the noodles well. Spaghetti made with 26 years of experience is not too spicy. The texture of the raw noodles is so good that I will visit next time. I think I will definitely order spaghetti at least once! Arugula Pizza Arugula pizza is made with just the right amount of dough that is crispy and not too thin. Topped with savory cheese and fresh arugula The combination of savory and salty is very impressive. Wine is an essential part of a restaurant with a good atmosphere! Wine paired with pizza is such a great pairing. I wanted to come back for wine next time! Olive 1999 matches the snowy winter scenery. Make good memories and a delicious dinner Thank you so much.
