There are many whole chicken restaurants in Jongno. Usually, whole chicken is a dish made by boiling chicken and green onions in a clear broth, but this place serves it as a spicy stew instead. Although it is a spicy stew, it wasn't heavy or cloying; it was clean and refreshing to eat. It is a dish that is perfect to enjoy in the fall or winter.
