If you have experienced of being disappointed with Kaiseki at a Japanese onsen, this is the place you should give a try. Not only are all the ingredients high quality, but you can also tell the chef has the best attention to detail on the flavour, presentation, and the level of customer service. It was extremely satisfying and also an incredible value for money. I will come back for dinner!

We were all alone in this tiny restaurant, with the typical sit at the bar concept, and no other tables. Staff excused themselves for their poor english, which they more than made up for it. All this added to the amazing Kaiseki experience, with sublime textures and tastes. Thanks for the great evening Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Second visit and went in with high expectations, and washoku yein exceeded them. Absurdly good. Food quality is 10/10, service is 10/10. This time my favorite dish was a buttery shrimp toast bite. Loved the uni too. Anyways, this place is a must visit in Seoul, and probably a top 5 restaurant in the world for me personally. I would imagine they will get at least one Michelin star before the end of the year, so go now. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
