If you’re planning on the lamb ribs, call at least an hour ahead—they prep them in advance so all you need to do is finish them on the grill, building a bit of char and that deep Maillard richness before eating. The meat is beautifully unctuous, seasoned just enough to let you adjust with their house spices. It’s easy to put away more than you expect, especially when paired with the cucumber salad—the crisp freshness cuts cleanly through the fat, and like the lamb, it’s lightly dressed so the natural flavors stay front and center without any overpowering gaminess. The menu also goes beyond the usual Korean-Chinese staples, with a selection of dishes you don’t often see elsewhere, which makes it worth repeat visits.
