We arrived before the restaurant opened at 11:30 AM, as listed. We waited outside, but even after the opening time, the lights were off and no one acknowledged us. A staff member saw us waiting but went inside and shut the door without saying anything. We patiently waited, thinking they were busy. When we finally entered with another group who arrived after us, they placed their order first, and we ordered right after. However, several tables who came 10–20 minutes after us received their food before we did. What made it worse was that no one explained why it was delayed—no comment about the dish taking longer or any apology. It felt like our patience was taken for granted. This place was recommended by my father as a must-visit before we leave Korea, so we had high hopes. Unfortunately, the service left us feeling disappointed and unwelcome. It’s really upsetting to end our trip with such a negative experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
