Thin sujebi in rich anchovy broth, has an attractive taste. Young radish kimchi and cabbage kimchi served with barley rice before the meal are also delicious. If you season it with a little sesame oil and eat it with kimchi, it will be satisfying as a main dish. The beef stew is familiar, just like the one my mother made at home, and it has plenty of ingredients, including mushrooms.
