First, I want to say that the servers were absolutely wonderful. They were polite and brought the banchan and food in perfect time. The atmosphere wasn’t noticeable because it doesn’t distract you from your meal, which is ideal. Now, this restaurant prepared the fish in so many unique ways. The hwangtaeguk with the spicy hwangtae fillet on the side was the best main dish on the menu hands down, and the hwae-nengmyeon with hwangtae was a close second. I ordered their house hwangtae pa-jeon as well, and it was the best side dish on the menu. The top layer was one of the crispiest jeons I’ve ever had here in Korea, and it was so well-seasoned, that you don’t need to dip the jeon in the soy sauce. If you’re in Seoul and you want to eat cooked and dried korean fish dishes, I can’t find a better place than this. 10/10 in all fronts. Will go again, if and when I come back.
