The service was extremely disappointing. Even after ordering, we were ignored and had to ask several times before receiving anything. Instead of apologizing, the staff kept blaming each other. The atmosphere felt very uncomfortable, so we left and went to another restaurant. I would strongly advise avoiding this location. Do not come here. The staff were rude and visibly irritated, ignored us even after multiple calls, and did not bring our order until we asked several times. They were eating in front of customers, which was extremely unprofessional. The restaurant was also freezing cold in winter. Worst experience. Never coming back.
