Udo Jajang Man was a decent experience overall, deserving of 3 stars. The atmosphere was pleasant, especially with the good weather, which made the visit feel more enjoyable and relaxed. The food itself was apt and satisfactory, though not particularly outstanding. The live-cut octopus seemed rather overhyped, as it did not quite live up to the level of excitement or expectation surrounding it. It was interesting to try, but not something I would consider especially memorable. Overall, it was not a bad meal, and the setting helped make the experience better. However, based on the food alone, it felt fairly average. A reasonable place to visit if you are already in Udo, but not necessarily a must-try.
