They serve only premium "Female" Hanwoo beef (Korean native cow, Grade 1+), and it truly shows in the quality! I tried the Tossisal (hanging tender) and the ribeye with saewoo (shrimp cut). The Tossisal was so tender it literally melted in my mouth, while the ribeye was incredibly juicy and flavorful, with the shrimp cut adding a rich nuttiness. Absolutely delicious! I also noticed that even professional billiard players come here, which says a lot about the reputation of this place. The owner is very kind and welcoming, and the food is simply outstanding. Highly recommended if you want to experience authentic top-grade Hanwoo beef. P.S. I love their miso-soup (된장찌개) too! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
