Japanese-inspired food with a local twist. Tried the miso noodle, which had beansprouts instead of corn and a mildly creamy-spicy tinge instead of a savoury-clear soy sauce soup. Nice slices of char siew. Tasted good overall. Katsu chicken curry cutlet was battered with curry powder flour instead of cornflour - smelled really good though.
