Beyond their famous Korean BBQ galbi, the galbitang and the uniquely prepared tteokgalbi—hard to find in this style—are more than enough for entertaining guests at lunchtime. With a thoughtful selection of wines on hand, it’s also a great place to enjoy a special occasion in the right atmosphere.
