Ushi Ramen Main Branch near Hoegi/Foreign University area is a casual ramen spot with easy kiosk ordering and English menu support, which makes it convenient for foreign visitors. I tried the tonkotsu ramen (₩10,000). The broth was standard and not especially rich, but the chashu was softer than expected and the aged kimchi was surprisingly flavorful. Free self-service rice is available when ordering more than one menu item, and rice with kimchi + chashu was actually one of the best combinations. The atmosphere is simple and relaxed with both counter and table seating. Service was average, and there was no wait during my visit.
