There are many meat restaurants across the country, but this restaurant is different. I've been to Seoul, Pohang, and Busan a lot, but the meat restaurants here in Daegu taste different. Perhaps because it is an omakase restaurant, the single-cooker was well-equipped, and it was a special experience to have the staff right in front of me explaining the special parts and teaching me how to eat them. You can't feel this even when you go to Japan. The beef tongue was very tender and even though it was sliced thinly, it felt juicy in my mouth. I wanted to eat the tail too, but I decided to leave that for another pleasure. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat it with sake because I brought tea, but if you accomplished something today or would like to receive a reward, I recommend going and eating it.
