This is THE place to go for Gopchang. I never had anything good like this gopchang. Sauce, side dish, fried kimchi rice and gopchang, every is high quality’. They have a special sauce for gopchang which is my favorite. Goochang jeongol is great. Normally Jeongol is very oily but this one is not. I highly recommend for gopchang and Jeongol. The staffs are super kind. Our whole team, seven of us enjoyed so much! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₩20,000–30,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am from Tennessee in the USA but my wife is Korean and I started my career working for a Korean company, eating a lot of Korean dishes. This is without a doubt the best beef intestine I've ever had. I normally do not care for intestine, but this place is just different. Pronounced Gopchang in Korean, the intestine is crispy on the oustide, and melt-in-your-mouth soft on the inside. It is like eating the fatty portion of a ribeye over and over again! We were lucky to also have Kimchi Fried Rice (kimchi bokumbap) and the owner of the restaurant came out and cooked for our table! The intestine was served with a made-from-scratch garlic sauce that was awesome....nothing out of a bottle here! Everythimg was cooked perfectly and the service was outstanding! I highly recommend this place. It must be one of the best in the area. Amazing gopchang ever! My husband and I like beef intestine cuisine and have been here and there. This is THE BEST. Juicy inside and crispy on the outside. The best quality gopchang ever. Their gopchang stew(Jeongol) is great. Not just spicy. It is full flavored. They cook it for you including kimch fried rice which is really great- crispy. Their special unique sauce for gopchcang is another level - little bitty of onion, vinegary, spicy and sweet. I forgot to take gopcahng pictures because we both focused on enjoying the taste of it too much. Hopefully, their business goes well so that they are still there when we come back!
