An absolute highlight of my Jeju trip! 우영담 specializes in abalone, and you can tell, every dish was crafted to showcase the natural sweetness and tenderness of the abalone. I had the abalone stone pot rice and it was divine, the rice was perfectly cooked, subtly flavored with the ocean essence from the abalone, and topped with tender, juicy pieces. The side dishes were fresh and complemented the main course beautifully. It’s a quiet, elegant spot, ideal if you want a traditional Korean seafood experience that feels both luxurious and deeply comforting.
