Moderately salty soup warms up the inside comfortably, and the tender intestines are not tough, so the chewiness is excellent. The combination of large cabbage leaves and crisp bean sprouts creates a warmth like a country meal. It's not irritating, so I keep craving the soup, and I empty a bowl without side dishes.
