Korean beef is delicious, but grilled beef intestines would be a whole new experience. The soft tofu stew, served as a complimentary appetiser before the grilled dishes arrive, has a spicy flavour that whets your appetite. After filling up on the savoury grilled beef tripe and stomach, the instant ramen, which is served once you have eaten at least three portions, is the perfect finishing touch.
