워크플로우에서 마신 필터커피가 인상적이었습니다. 이번에 마신 원두는 Honduras Belen Parainema Washed였는데, 첫 향에서 자스민과 청포도 같은 플로럴한 느낌이 은은하게 올라왔고, 마실수록 열대과일의 산뜻함과 브라운슈가의 달콤함이 균형 있게 느껴졌어요. 산미가 부담스럽지 않고 깔끔해서 커피 본연의 맛을 천천히 즐기기 좋았습니다. 바리스타분의 설명도 친절했고, 조용하고 집중하기 좋은 공간 분위기 덕분에 커피 한 잔을 더욱 여유롭게 즐길 수 있었어요. 광주에서 스페셜티 필터커피를 좋아한다면 자주자주 가세요!! I had a filter coffee at Workflow and it was a great experience. The coffee was a Honduras Belen Parainema Washed, featuring delicate jasmine and grape-like floral notes, followed by tropical fruit sweetness and a smooth brown sugar finish. The acidity was bright yet balanced, making it easy to enjoy every sip. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the calm atmosphere made it a perfect place to slow down and appreciate the coffee. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys specialty filter coffee.
