This review is a bit late. Visited in September 2023 but we enjoyed the sashimi salad dish so much that we ate there twice for late lunch during our trip. Kind service and fresh food. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If you're looking for an authentic local sushi experience in Busan, you have to check this place out! Unlike typical sashimi, they serve a unique combination of fresh raw fish and salad that offers a sweet and tangy twist—a true taste of Korean local flavors. It’s incredibly popular, especially during gizzard shad (jeoneo) season, so be prepared to wait in line. It’s also fantastic when mixed with rice to make a savory hoe-deopbap (raw fish bibimbap). They’ve been in business for 30 years, so that really says it all! Price per person: ₩30,000–40,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian options: Fresh fish and salad with gochujang sauce every day.
