The hire katsu is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth the moment you take a bite. You can really taste the care and effort put into it. The cheese katsu comes pre-cut, and the cheese stretches out like a waterfall, making it visually impressive and very satisfying to eat. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, this is a tonkatsu restaurant with excellent overall quality. I’ll definitely be coming back!
