I stumbled upon this dish a bit later than I would’ve liked, so I only had the chance to enjoy it once—but that single experience left a lasting impression. It’s a flavorful Korean hot pot filled with shrimp, octopus, crab, sea snails, and abalone, all simmered together in a rich and satisfying broth. In addition, the steamed oysters served on the side were incredibly fresh and delicious. Although my time there was short, the quality and taste were impressive enough that I would wholeheartedly recommend it.
