I went to ITALYGUKSI Seongsu—a place with a very interesting concept. It's not classic Italian, but Korean fusion, and you can feel it in everything. I had creamy pasta in a stone bowl—the presentation is unusual, and the dish stays hot for a long time. The flavor is rich, creamy, with a slight spiciness, very filling. It's pure comfort food. I also tried the fries with truffle sauce—a simple dish, but very tasty; the sauce really enhances the flavor and makes it more restaurant-like. The atmosphere is calm and modern, and the service is fast. The price is average for Seongsu. Overall, it's not about authenticity, but about a new experience—and that's definitely worth a visit.
