マジャン駅から徒歩7分くらいのところにある韓牛焼肉のお店 マジャンドン馬場畜産物市場(牛肉の市場)にある焼肉レストラン、お店を入ったら色んな種類のお肉が並んでるので、そこから好きなお肉を選んでグラム数を言ってからレストラン内で自分で焼いて食べる感じ 高めで厚めのお肉が激ウマでした、柔らかて脂身も少なく肉の味が最高でした、今までで1番美味しかった 焼肉のタレ、塩、味噌、ワサビなどもあってバリエーションが楽しめます ワインなども豊富でお肉に合うのでオススメ 明洞で食べる割も半分位の値段で食べれるかと思います ごちそうさまでした！. Insaeng Hanwoo is a must for anyone that is looking to visit korea and try one of the finest beef on earth. I had the chance to try the water aged hanwoo. It was just the right amount of tenderness and chew, with great flavour. Not in the pictures were assorted side dishes such as white kimchi, beansprout kimchi, pickles, as well as salt, wasabi and many more! The great thing about korean restaurants like this is you can get different flavours with every bite by combining multiple side dishes together with the beef! That being said, the highlight of the day (and also a MUST TRY) was the beef tartare! Amazingly light and refreshing, as the flavour combination of sesame oil and korean pear with the raw beef sliced into thin strips was out of this world! I will definitely revisit this restaurant the next time I visit korea just to eat the tartare again! P/S: you do have to cook your own meat (the right way to do things anyways), and there is no english menu so do keep that in mind!
