Pet friendly, spacious, good coffee, and fairly priced. Hard to find something that hits all the marks in the neighborhood. You can get a discount for take-away coffee and have the option between two types of espresso: slightly acidic or full body. They have cute stickers with the owner's dog, Pepper, on them. They also offer a brunch menu. The food isn't the star of the show but the overall vibe and coffee makes up for it. There is Wi-Fi and the music is at a respectable level so you can have a comfortable conversation. It isn't overly loud or crowded inside. Only drawback is that it opens pretty late at 11am.
