February 8, 2025 I finally visited this place after hearing about the insanely long waiting times. The interior feels like an old local restaurant that has aged over the years, while the staff bring a much younger and more energetic atmosphere. The pork belly was packed with juicy flavor, but what impressed me most was how clean it tasted. No unpleasant pork smell at all. After trying it myself, I can definitely see why people are willing to wait in line.
