*Intention to revisit 70% Ilpoomhyang, a long-established Chinese restaurant in Jeonju. A long-established Jeonju restaurant with 70 years of tradition that began operations in 1950. Located on Gaeksa-gil A Chinese restaurant famous for dumplings. A place where the warmth welcomes you with a cup of mildly scented leaf tea. Order the most famous fried dumplings and water jjajang that can only be eaten in Jeonju. First of all, fried dumplings are beyond the ordinary + strength. Dumplings that are slightly larger than what we normally think of as fried dumplings. These dumplings are just like the title, which means they are baked rather than fried. Dumplings that retain some of the moisture from the chives and meat. It's not so juicy that it bursts out, but it's not bad because it has the unique moistness of Ilpumhyang. The characteristic feature of the dumplings here is their chewy dumpling skin. I remember the texture of the dumplings being so chewy that the more I chewed it, the more fun it was. Dumplings passed. Not bad but delicious. It was my first time eating muljjajang. First of all, the quantity is large. It's average with a double-bodied feel. It's a ulmyeon style with various kinds of seafood, but it has a slightly Chunjang (?) flavor of ulmyeon with Chunjang in it. As someone who likes ulmyeon, it's a taste I can't resist. Ah~~ I felt that this is what water jjajang is like. It's a bit bland, but it's a good taste that you get used to as you eat it.
