Itda Project in Yeonnam-dong is my absolute go-to place for truly special and memorable days. Today, I visited once again to celebrate and express my deep, heartfelt gratitude to my beloved wife, who has been lovingly by my side for 25 years. The moment we stepped inside, the cozy and artistic atmosphere instantly set the perfect mood for our anniversary. As always, their signature Minari (water parsley) pasta—my ultimate favorite—was wonderfully fresh and awakened our palates with such sophisticated, healthy flavors. The Jeju bracken (gosari) pasta was equally extraordinary, offering a deeply rich, tender, and comforting flavor profile. Pairing their masterfully cooked steak with a glass of fine wine brought a gentle, unbroken smile to my wife’s face all evening long. To top it all off, we decided to try their unique Tteokbokki—a delightful surprise at an Italian restaurant that turned out to be an incredible delicacy, pairing surprisingly well with the pastas. Surrounded by beautiful art and incredible food, it was truly a precious, heartwarming time that we will cherish forever. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make a special day unforgettable! No matter how many times I visit, this place never disappoints. The food is always delicious, and the cozy atmosphere keeps me coming back. Whenever I’m looking for a relaxing meal in Yeonnam-dong, this is always one of the first places that comes to mind. If you're looking for a special dining experience around Hongdae, this is the place to go. They specialize in Italian dishes with a creative Korean twist, using ingredients like water parsley (minari), fern (gosari), and barley for their pasta and risotto. The combination of flavors is truly exceptional and very palatable for international guests. I also loved their thoughtful drink pairings, ranging from fine wines to traditional Korean liquors that match the food perfectly. Plus, the artwork hanging around the restaurant adds a great touch to the atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone traveling around Hongdae!
