My wife made a reservation after reviewing on line posts with A High Hope to show case a Genuine Jeolla Do Cuisine, what a Huge Disappointment it turned out to be. We pre-ordered the course meal, every single dish we got, including Kimchi was less than sub par that made my wife and mother-in-law almost furious with humiliation kept on telling me this sure is not how Jeolla Do's delicacies are supposed to be... On top of it, though we preordered with a reservation made, 2/3 of the dishes came out VERY late even with 5 complaints. We ended up leaving before 3 dishes from the course showed up. Poor employees had to keep on apologizing yet only thing they offered was 2 soda cans as the compensation for being late with foods, no discount at check out. No apologies from owner nor manager. Long Story short, DO NOT GO to this restaurant. PERIOD. One of the worst, if not The Worst, restaurant experience I've ever had. Only good thing, the only thing good abiut this restaurant was a separate room we had. Price per person: ₩50,000–60,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
