​안녕하세요, 장수가든입니다. ​우선 일 년 중 가장 바쁘고 귀한 날인 초복에 저희 식당을 믿고 예약 방문해 주셨음에도 불구하고, 큰 실망감을 안겨드린 점 진심으로 머리 숙여 사과드립니다. 식당을 운영하는 입장에서 고객님께서 느끼셨을 당혹감과 불편함에 대해 책임을 통감하고 있습니다. ​저희 식당은 예약 인원과 앞뒤 고객님의 예약 시간 간격을 고려하여 좌석을 미리 고정해두는 시스템을 운영 중입니다. 이는 특정 시간대에 손님이 몰릴 때 발생할 수 있는 혼선을 막고, 모든 예약 팀에게 약속된 좌석을 보장하여 전체적인 회전율을 원활하게 유지하기 위함입니다. ​다만, 당일 초복이라는 특수성으로 인해 현장 상황이 매우 긴박하게 돌아가다 보니, 미리 고정된 좌석의 이전 손님 식사가 예상보다 늦어지는 변수가 발생하였습니다. 이 과정에서 다른 빈 좌석이 있음에도 예약 시스템상 배정된 자리를 기다리시게 하는 상황이 발생했고, 결과적으로 30분이라는 긴 대기 시간을 드리고 말았습니다. 또한, 인원수에 맞춰 고정된 다른 좌석에 늦게 오신 분들이 먼저 앉게 되는 모습이 고객님께는 충분히 불합리하고 비상식적으로 비쳐질 수 있었음을 깊이 공감합니다. ​사전 안내가 부족했던 점, 그리고 무엇보다 귀한 시간을 내어 기다려 주신 고객님께 음식 서빙까지 늦어졌던 점은 변명의 여지가 없는 저희의 불찰입니다. 당시 현장에서 더 유연하고 친절하게 상황을 설명해 드렸어야 했는데 미흡했습니다. ​남겨주신 리뷰는 저희 운영진 모두가 무겁게 읽었습니다. 현재의 예약 및 테이블 운영 방식을 전면 재검토하여, 예약 고객님들께서 어떠한 상황에서도 우선적으로 보호받고 존중받는다는 느낌을 받으실 수 있도록 개선안을 마련하겠습니다. ​이번 방문에서 겪으신 불쾌한 기억을 한 번에 씻어내기는 어렵겠지만, 혹시라도 다음에 다시 방문해 주신다면 그때는 이번에 느끼신 실망감을 만족감으로 바꾸어 드릴 수 있도록 전 직원이 최선을 다해 모시고 싶습니다. 다시 한번 진심으로 죄송하다는 말씀을 올립니다. ​Dear Customer, ​This is the owner of Jangsoo Garden ​First and foremost, I would like to extend my deepest and most sincere apologies for the disappointing experience you had during your visit on Chobok (one of the busiest days of the season). This system is designed to maximize operational efficiency and ensure that every reserved group has a designated space waiting for them, especially during peak hours. ​However, on the day of your visit, an unexpected delay occurred with the previous party at your assigned table. Because our seating is strictly optimized for specific group sizes and time slots, it may have appeared as though later arrivals were being seated before you. This was not a case of ignoring your reservation, but rather a result of our attempt to maintain the pre-set schedule for all guests. ​That being said, we clearly failed to communicate this situation to you properly at the scene. Making you wait outside for 30 minutes and the subsequent delay in serving your food was entirely our oversight.
