We visited Jangjak Gukbap in Daegu, and it was definitely worth the wait. The place was busy—we had to wait about 20 minutes during lunchtime—but it turned out to be well worth it. The soup was rich and full of flavor. The side dishes were delicious, and the boiled pork (suyuk) was also very tasty. The service was quick and efficient, and you can refill the side dishes, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and looking for a satisfying meal.
