V 맛 : 곱창과 양 맛집이라는 곳입니다. 저는 막창은 먹지만 곱창은 못먹는데 여기 곱창의 곱은 그 특유의 비린?맛이 안나고 정말 고소해요. 대창도 기름이 얼매나 고소한지 ! 그리고 왜 양깃머리 (소의 위 가장자리) 맛집이라는지 알겠어요. 결이 있어서 식감이 좋고 고소하고 정말 쫄깃하지만 질기지않고 부드러워요. 장 꼭 찍어먹기, 파김치 구워먹기 필수입니다. 볶음밥도 꼭 드세용 ! 아쉬운점을 찾는다면 셀프바에 있는 국?은 맛있진 않아요(스낵면국물맛?) V 서비스 : 직원분이 잘구워주시고 친절하십니다. 웨이팅도 있고 바쁜가게라 이모님이 참이슬대신 새로를 가져다주실때도 있지만 그게 이해가 되는 맛집입니다. V 내부가 생각보다 시원하고 환기가 잘되서 여름에도 잘 먹었어요 V 제 인생 곱창맛집은 ㅅㅊㅎㅅ곱창 이었는데, 그게 바뀐 것 같아요. 진짜로 또 가볼 맛집입니다 추천이에요 ! V 토요일 오후 6시쯤 방문했는데 웨이팅없이 들어갔고, 그 이후에 오신분들은 웨이팅 하시더라구요. 웨이팅 할만 합니다. V Taste: This place is known for its gopchang and yang (beef tripe), and I have to say, it lives up to the hype. I usually don’t eat gopchang because of that distinct gamey flavor, but here, there’s none of that — it’s just rich, nutty, and delicious. The daechang (large intestine) is incredibly buttery and flavorful. And now I understand why this is also called a yanggitmeori (outer edge of the beef stomach) specialty spot — it’s so chewy, savory, and full of texture. Be sure to dip it in the sauce! Also, grilling the green onion kimchi is a must. Don’t miss out on the fried rice at the end — it’s the perfect finish. If I had to mention a downside, the soup at the self-serve station isn’t very tasty (it’s kind of watered down). V Service: The staff grills everything for you and is very friendly. The place gets really busy, so although they brought “Saero” soju instead of Chamisul once, the food was so good that I didn’t mind at all. V Atmosphere: The interior was cooler than I expected, and the ventilation was great — I had no problem enjoying the meal even in the summer heat. V Overall: My go-to gopchang place used to be Hwangso Gopchang in Sinchon, but I think this one just took its spot. It’s seriously that good — I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it! V Tip: I visited on a Saturday around 6 PM and was seated without a wait. But shortly after, people started lining up.
