28th May 2025. Although I am familiar with a variety of Korean cold noodles this was my first time eating 콩국수 (noodles in cold soybean soup, which is a summer, seasonal dish). I wasn't sure what to expect, but I enjoyed them immensely. You should add a bit of 소금 to suit your taste, but definitely don't add mustard or vinegar that you add for other cold noodle dishes. The 사장님 was very attentive and the service was good. The decor and furniture were clean and in good condition and the restaurant is quite spacious. 김치 was excellent, too.
