They say they've been here for 20 years, and the chicken feet smelled like burnt and tobacco. When I asked, the first reason is that consumers are sensitive to it, but since they grill 5kg at once over charcoal and the rest is aged (that is, they are kept in a charcoal stove), it's a natural smell. I heard that others said it smelled like burning and cigarettes, but they explained it the same way. Then I guess it means there's a smell of cigarettes and burning. Then either replace the grill or clean it well... I think they don't pre-cook the chicken feet beforehand, but rather cook them when they take an order. If you cook something that needs to be cooked once every time you receive an order, wouldn't it only lead to dehydration? Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
