This is the only place I've found so far that offers a raw fish portion for one person. The quality of the fish was excellent—fresh, pleasantly chewy, and cut into thick slices. The meal came with a fish fin dish on the side. As for the sea cucumber bibimbap, it wasn't really my favorite. The sea cucumber had a slightly bitter taste, and there were quite a lot of raw vegetables mixed in. I guess that's more of a personal preference, since I'm not a big fan of eating raw vegetables together with raw seafood . Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
