Jung Hee in Yeosu serves truly exceptional fusion Korean food. The bracken cream sujebi, strong soybean paste kale wraps, and dongchimi ceviche capellini were all mind-blowing, perfectly balancing traditional flavors with modern flair. Having traveled to around 50 countries, I can confidently say this meal was easily in my top 5~10% of all time. The taste was sophisticated, the atmosphere upscale and clean, and the service was top-notch. This place deserves a Michelin star! Absolutely tasty korean food we had during our trip . The beef fried rice was the highlight and a must try .The store manager Jeong-eun was very helpful and explained how to eat all the dishes very well.
