The broth for the toritonkotsu ramen was rich and flavourful, and the mazesoba also tasted great. The chicken was also soft and tender. IMO this was better than many of the ramen places I’ve been to in Japan, and probably the best meal I had in Busan so far. Staff were also polite and friendly.
