Gopchang hotpot You can eat it right away after it’s boiled. Eat the soft tripe and glass noodles first, then eat some more. It's even more delicious if you eat it when it's boiled and slightly chewy. You can add broth, and depending on your request, you can add seasoning or make it spicy.
