직접 짠 참기름 쓰는 것부터가 이미 반칙 사소한 소스 하나하나까지 진짜 정성 많이 들어간 게 느껴져요. 제주 토종마늘도 직접 손질해서 그런지 향이랑 맛이 완전 다름. 요즘 식당들 중에 이렇게까지 신경 쓰는 곳 진짜 드문데, 여긴 달라요오 !!!!!! 꿀팁: 오픈런 아니면 자리 잡기 거의 힘들어요. 그만큼 이유 있는 맛집입니다 You can tell they really care about the food here. They even use freshly pressed sesame oil, and every little sauce is thoughtfully made. The garlic is hand-prepped Jeju local garlic, and honestly you can taste the difference. It’s rare to find a place these days that puts this much effort into every detail. Pro tip: come early ! if you don’t do an open run, getting a seat can be tough. Totally worth it though.
