수원 광교에서 지인들과 점심 먹으러 제주고사리닭칼국수 시콜에 방문했습니다. 진하게 우린 육수에 부드러운 닭고기와 고사리가 푸짐하게 들어가 있어 한 그릇만으로도 든든했어요. 국물은 깊고 구수하지만 지나치게 무겁거나 짜지 않아 계속 손이 갔고, 직접 뽑는 면도 부드러우면서 적당히 쫄깃해 국물과 잘 어울렸습니다. 멜젓강된장과 감귤고추기름을 곁들이니 중간중간 맛이 달라져 먹는 재미도 있었어요. 제면실이 보이는 구조와 음식에 대한 설명도 인상적이었고, 식사 후 제공된 제주 귤피차까지 깔끔했습니다. 광교중앙역 근처에서 따뜻하고 든든한 점심을 찾을 때 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다. I found a real gem in Gwanggyo! There’s no need to go all the way to Jeju Island when you can experience the authentic vibe right here! The meat quality is absolutely insane.. The moment I took a bite, the juices just exploded—it was pure bliss! Since they grill the thick cuts to perfection for you, I could just relax and enjoy the conversation, which was a huge plus! The side dishes were neatly served, and dipping the meat into the mel-jeot (salted anchovy sauce) was a total masterpiece! It’s the kind of flavor that practically begs for a shot of soju. The atmosphere is hip and clean, making it perfect for dates or family gatherings! The staff were so kind that it kept me in a great mood throughout the entire meal.
